Rewards

These rewards are issued by respective Franchisees and are calculated for all Rs.350 sales only.

Time Period	7 days from date of activation or joining, whichever is later.	14 days from date of activation or joining, whichever is later.	30 days from date of activation or joining, whichever is later.	90 days from date of activation or joining, whichever is later.	300 days from date of activation or joining, whichever is later.

	All franchisees can now announce a reward plan for their respective down lines.
	Franchisee can announce rewards for either A team or B Team.
	The franchisee will be provided with button to activate or deactivate rewards to their down lines.
	All rewards must be purchased by the franchisee and shall issue to the achiever.
	Franchisee will be able to see a report of achievers in their dash board.
	The team below another franchisee in your team will not be able to see the rewards announced by you.
	If you deactivate the rewards, then, the part achieved counts will continue and the rewards has to be issued for that particular reward only and the user will not see further rewards.
	Old power will be counted for the rewards from the date of announcement.
	If any reward is not issued and the company receives a complaint, then, the company will debit your wallet and give a credit of reward value in their commission wallet of the achiever.
	Once you announce the rewards you will be called as 'Mentor' and your name will be displayed to your entire team who are eligible for rewards.
	Reward achievers only will be able to see your mobile number.
	If any of your team member upgrades to franchisee, then the new team from that date will be locked to him and not to you.
	Already locked members will continue in your team till they achieve the current reward and from next reward onwards, the immediate up line franchisee will be his mentor, provided the franchisee has announced the reward plan.
	The franchisee can buy the rewards from their own source or can order from company. The company buys the rewards in wholesale and will be displayed to only franchisees for ordering.
	The franchisee must deliver the reward to the achiever by any means.
	If any member upgrades as franchisee, then the upline reward for the current reward level only will be issued upon achievement, further rewards will not be eligible.
	The reward plan is optional and the company recommends every franchisee to operate for at least 100 days and meanwhile you can recommend your down line franchisees to activate rewards.
