Re-Live (Daily) Flax Seed Lignans are phytonutirients found in whole grains, nuts, seeds, fruits and vegetables. Flaxseed has the highest levels of lignans known of all plants with sesame seeds being the second best. Flaxseed has 20x more lignan than sesame seed and 20x more lignan than regular flaxseed. Plant lignans are converted in the digestive tract into the mammalian lignans enterodiol and enterolactone. It is these two mammalian lignans that have been linked to cancer reduction in the reproductive organs. The mammalian lignans are a weak form of estrogen that actually can block harmful free radicals. Each Veg capsule contains 600 mg of full spectrum flax hull and 30 mg of SDG lignans.
